NUTRITION:
My nutrition is back on track and increased my total caloric intake to 1750. I am slowly increasing by 50 calories per week to ensure no weight gain. Internally I am starting to get nervous as my Nutrition Coach had provided a roadmap to get closer to 2000 calories. Just typing that number is incredibly frightening as I was accustomed to eating 1200 calories for over a decade. But I am going to trust the process, trust my knowledge, and try to quell my fears.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
I have not been able to make my typical 5 classes a week lately. Whether it’s due to appointments, or migraines, or just a lack of will. The ongoing estate drama is taking a toll and I am desperately trying to regain some normalcy.
SLEEP:
Sleep has also been challenging for the same reason. I am hoping to get back to the swing of things soon.
